Balance & Exercise Class: A mixed ability standing class. A combination of cognitive, aerobic, balance, and Parkinson’s PD Warrior exercises. Wednesday 1.00 – 1.45, 2.15 – 3.00, 3.30 – 4.15 Grange Leisure Centre.

Linda has a good chat with potential attendees when they contact her and explains the class format etc and which class is the appropriate one for them.
Movement to Music Class: A seated or standing class led by two young dancers from Swindon Dance. Using dance moves, the class is focused on a theme using voice and rhythm. Thursday 12.30 -13.30, with tea and biscuits after. Therapy Centre, West Swindon.
